We’re calling on developers, creators, and students to design their very own 3D mini golf holes. You’ll start with a ready-made foundation, then bring the fun, using 3D tools to craft wild, gravity-defying courses that reimagine the game of golf.

Whether you're new to game development or ready to flex your 3D design skills, this is your chance to go from “I’ve got an idea” to “check out my game!” quickly. Full terms and conditions.

Requirements

Create your game using 8th Wall Studio.
Include a 1-minute demo video showcasing your game.
Publish a public featured page for your Studio experience.

Putt Putt Paradise

Putt Putt Paradise is a modular, cross-device mini-golf game built with 8th Wall Studio, leveraging its visual editor, ECS architecture, and state machines. Each "space" serves a clear purpose in the game’s journey, and every component is designed to be highly reusable and customizable.

Judging Criteria

Gameplay Mechanics & Creativity

Are the core mini golf mechanics thoughtfully designed and fun to engage with? Are there creative twists—e.g., unexpected hazards, obstacles, teleporters, or power-ups?

Visual Design & Challenge

Is the level interesting and well-balanced in terms of difficulty? Does the level incorporate a theme and exceed visual expectations?

Technical Execution & Performance

Does the game run smoothly on web/mobile devices (as applicable)? Are load times, responsiveness, and overall stability solid?
