The activation was promoted with a TV spot that ran in Russia, as well as direct mail, and an email push to subscribers.

To delight their loved ones during International Women’s Day, users could customize a virtual bouquet then instantly send it to them via SMS, social media or email. Recipients are surprised by personalized 3D flowers that appear in their own environment with the tap of a button.
March 8th was launched just before International Women’s Day in Russia. A simple yet meaningful experience, March 8th amassed over 1 million user sessions in the first two weeks with an average dwell time of 1 minute and 18 seconds. Of the hundreds of thousands of bouquets created, 94% were shared with another person.
