Electrolux required a virtual assistant that users could place when in a shop that would explain the benefits and features of their Microplastic Filter.
Users scan a QR code placed in the shop next to the product and then place the virtual assistant where they like. They can then select the features they would like to know more about from a menu.
This project was developed to be multilingual as Electrolux wanted it to be used across multiple markets. We also added subtitles for users who didn't want to have sound on when using the experience.
