PERGAMON Exhibition Magazine's AR feature allows you to step back in time and experience the wonders of ancient sculpture first hand. A robed statue and parts of the northern frieze of the world-famous Pergamon Altar can be compared between the artistic, full-colour restoration and the archaeological reconstruction of the original finds.
Our exhibition brings ancient artifacts to life, recreating the colours, paintings and structures on architecture and sculptures in the hellenistic metropolis of Pergamon. This unique design approach to a museum exhibition, a cooperation between artist Yadegar Asisi and the Collection of Classical Antiquities of the Berlin State Museums is exhibited in Berlin and Pforzheim.
The exhibition magazine provides in-depth historic information as well as stories on the artistic approach of the reconstructions. With the AR feature, you can get a condensed visualisation of centuries of research in an artistic treatment at a glance, without having to read a full exhibition magazine.
