Porsche Centrum Rotterdam introduces a new format; in addition to being a dealer, the new branch CarPort Rotterdam is also a hub where enthusiasts and customers can meet each other. Porsche drivers are often entrepreneur’s m/f, who do not like silliness but do like innovation. How can you best address the existing customer group and invite them to visit the completely renovated branch?

Every regular customer is receiving a physical moving notice, with a QR code. After scanning with your mobile, suddenly an immersive home experience unfolds before your eyes. Starting with an accurate 3D version in AR of Robert Doornbos, ex-Formula 1 driver and director of Porsche Centrum Rotterdam, using Arcturus volumetric streaming solution. Robert introduces the new format and cordially invites you for a visit. When he is finished talking, while the fireworks shoot in all directions and festive music sounds, a beautiful 3D representation of the building appears, slowly rotating.

The Results Porsche Centrum Rotterdam experienced

About 70% of the Porsche owners who received the invitation have actually experienced the AR Experience. It has led to enthusiastic reactions and lots of publicity. Despite the fact that the opening of CarPort Rotterdam coincided with a new lockdown, Porsche Centrum Rotterdam was able to benefit from and generate a lot of attention for the new concept and location thanks to the AR Experience.
