Project: Wobble Clash – Web-based AR Tactical Game

Key Features:

  • WebAR gameplay built with 8th Wall Studio
  • World Tracking to place a dynamic, hex-based battle map in real space
  • Turn-based combat system with movement, attacks, skill and item usage
  • Fog-of-war mechanic using limited view range to discover enemies
  • Terrain types (e.g., grass, water, forest) affecting combat outcomes
  • Avatar progression system: XP gain, level-up, and model evolution at Lv5 and Lv10
  • Loadout management: assign skills, equip items, and view stats
  • Reward system with unlockable skill/item cards

Tech Stack:

  • 8th Wall Studio – WebAR framework with built-in prefabs and UI components
  • TypeScript – Core logic and game systems (combat, state management, UI)
  • Blender – 3D modeling of avatars and evolution stages
  • 8th Wall Prefabs & UI – Used for scene setup, player interaction, and interface
  • WebGL & Three.js (via 8th Wall) – Rendering and 3D interactions within AR
