Bayer wanted to enhance their customer service by making it easier for farmers to learn how to use their new reporting system. The AR experience proved a great alternative and more interactive option compared to lengthy paper reports.
Farmers were sent a printed version of the report, which could then be scanned as part of an AR image tracker. This generated the AR experience.
The custom crop report made every Field Check Up Series visit count, by making it easier to share observations and recommendations through the WebAR experience.
