To promote the launch of new LEGO city & LEGO Friends sets, the Belgian digital activation agency Engaged created six immersive AR worlds to explore.
To promote the launch of several new LEGO® City & LEGO® Friends sets, the Belgian digital activation agency Engaged created 6 immersive AR worlds for kids to explore.
In an in-store activation, kids could scan several LEGO® point of sale materials (standees, wobblers, flyers, posters, and many more). By doing so, the artwork came to life in AR, giving the kids the possibility to choose which of the 6 worlds they would love to open.
Once they tapped one of the new sets, a 360 virtual world expanded for them to explore. To add an extra layer, we collaborated with a professional sounds studio to add a spatial audio layer to the experience and let a famous local actor tell a branded story in a voice-over.
