Vrijdag Mag Alles Street Art Project

Moyosa Media was asked by the “Vrijdag Alles Mag” foundation to help create an AR experience for their street art mural projects in Lelystad and Heemstede. is inviting Moyosa Media to create the tech element of this Street Art project. Through this experience, the murals will come to life once it is recognised by the system, and a cool animation is shown whilst looking through a mobile device.

The murals are divided into several sections, which all tell stories about the city they have been created in. In Lelystad, there are three distinct sections which show the head of Cornelis Lely, after which Lelystad was named, how Lelystad was built by making land in water, and how Lelystad is structured into 10 quarters.

For Heemstede we will use a similar methodology, bringing a new meaning to storytelling in the 21st century!

The result is a very cool digital addition to some important and great cultural teamwork between artists and cities. We’re happy we were chosen to help enrich the local experience with AR, and of course we’re very happy to provide another showcase for Augmented Reality technology!
