The Jackass franchise is renowned for its audacious and daring stunts, and the latest installment, Jackass Forever, aimed to push boundaries even further.

To generate excitement and raise awareness, Pretty Big Monster devised the Wheel of Misfortune, offering both new and existing fans a chance to experience being a Jackass themselves, no matter where they were.

Challenges included:

  • Buy the next round for everyone at your table
  • Get up and dance like the “Party Boy”, Chris Pontius. Pants optional.
  • Give your mate your phone and let them text/call anyone in your address book
  • Swap clothes with anyone in the bar – consensually of course

This campaign was launched through social media, marketing materials, and QR Codes placed on coasters in bars worldwide. Participants eagerly shared selfies of the spinning wheel, showcasing their personal Jackass challenge on an augmented reality placard for everyone to see.
