An immersive WebAR activation for H&M Home that turned city curiosity into interactive exploration and guided users to flagship stores.

An interactive WebAR experience celebrating the opening of H&M Home’s flagship stores in Paris and Berlin. By scanning a QR code on a two-metre-tall key installation placed across key city locations, users unlocked a virtual 360-degree environment showcasing the brand’s latest home collection.

Inside the immersive space, visitors could explore products, join a digital lottery, and receive directions to the new store — seamlessly connecting virtual discovery with the in-store experience and transforming city curiosity into measurable brand engagement.
