Taking packaging led engagements to the next dimension, Xtendr worked with Huggies Singapore to create a first of its kind AR product.
The Huggies Nature Made Playbox pack came with a packaging that allowed users to punch out the packaging and build their favourite animals out of board. By leveraging WebAR and image tracking, we trained the computer vision to not just read the pack artwork, but also bring these animals to life.
These money can't buy experiences allowed parents and children to bring the animals across the themes of Safari and Woodland - alive in their space. The users could see these animals walk around the plants and also make them do actions like roar, spout water, play with a ball etc.
Recreating the magic of the outdoors in their home, the experience concluded with prompting the user to take a photo, video and share with their peers.
